By this application, sent through jail, the applicant seeks his enlargement on bail, pending the hearing and final disposal of his aforesaid appeal.

Perused the application. This Court (Coram: B.P.

Dharmadhikari & Sandeep K. Shinde, JJ.) vide order dated 7th N. S. Chitnis 1/2

32-ia.3422.2021.doc October 2019 rejected the applicant's application seeking suspension of his sentence and enlargement on bail, on merits, after going through the evidence on record. We are not inclined to grant bail to the applicant.

Accordingly, the application is rejected. However, since R&P with paper-book is received, we direct the registry to place the aforesaid appeal on 2nd August 2022, under the caption `for directions' for fixing date of hearing.
