Heard learned Counsel for applicant-Insurance Company and learned Counsel for respondent No.1-original claimant. No one appeared on behalf of respondent No.2-owner of the offending vehicle. 2.

The present application has been filed for condonation of 7 days delay caused in presenting the appeal against the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the M.A.C.T., Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No.3560 of 2007. 3.

In view of reasons mentioned in the application and the nature of subject matter, there is no impediment to condone the delay. Accordingly, the Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The delay caused in presenting the appeal is hereby condoned. The registry to place the matter for further process.
