Parties through their Counsel. The grievance of the Petitioners is that though the proposal has been submitted on 20th September, 2016 for grant of approval of appointment of Mr. Jadhav and Mrs. Waghmare with effect from 1st July, 2014 but the said proposal has not been decided as yet. It is also the grievance of the Petitioners that without deciding the said proposal the Respondents are likely to send surplus teachers in the Petitioners' school.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned

WP.12532/2016(33) Counsel for the parties we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No.4 to decide the Petitioners' proposal dated 20th September, 2016 Exhibit-F as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 2 months from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

Till the Petitioners' proposal as mentioned above is decided the Respondents are restrained from sending any surplus teacher in place of the above mentioned two teachers. 4.
