The applicant/appellant is challenging the Judgment and Award dated 21/03/2014 passed by the learned Member, M.A.C.T., Pune in M.A.C.P. No. 217 of 2011 and seeking stay till hearing and final disposal of the present Appeal.

Stay in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to applicant/appellant depositing the entire amount of Award within 4 weeks from today failing which the said Award will be executable.
