By this application, the Applicant is seeking bail in connection with C.R.No.I-79 of 2022- registered at Mhasarul Police Station, Nashik, against the Applicant for the offences punishable under Sections 302 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
According to the prosecution on 18.5.2022 at about 10 p.m in front of Akash Petrol Pump near Savarkar garden, the present Applicant, along with other co-accused assaulted, and committed murder of deceased.

The Applicant was arrested on 20.5.2022 during the investigation, and since then, he has been languishing in jail. The Sessions Court rejected the application for bail filed by the Applicant.

This Court has perused the copy of the charge sheet filed along with the accompanying the documents. As per the prosecution case the present Applicant assaulted the deceased with fist and kick blows. The alleged injury which caused the deceased's death is not attributed to the present Applicant. There is nothing on record to show that the Applicant has criminal antecedents. The investigation is already completed, and the charge sheet has been filed. There appears no enmity between the Applicant and the deceased. The Applicant is 19 years old and is a student of Civil Engineering. Considering the material collected against the Applicant, I am inclined to grant bail to the Applicant. Hence, the following order.

ORDER
a) The Applicant Saurav Deepak Deshmukh be released on bail in connection with C.R.No.I-79 of 2022 registered at Mhasrul Police Station, Nashik on furnishing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Court.
b)The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and/or give threat or inducement to any of the prosecution witnesses. c) The Applicant shall furnish the permanent address and contact details to the Inspector of Police, of concerned Police Station and intimate the change, if any.
d)The Applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.
