1] Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. The only prayer in this petition is to direct the Joint Charity Commissioner to expeditiously dispose of the Appeal No.8 of 2013 filed by the petitioner which is pending before him.

2] Without commenting upon the merits of the matter, we dispose of this petition by directing the Joint Charity Commissioner to consider and take appropriate decision on the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and
