This application is preferred by original plaintiff for vacating the stay order granted by this court on 31.10.2014 in Civil Application No.990 of 2014 for not depositing the amount as per that order.

Affidavit-in-Reply filed by respondent shows that they fully complied the said order. Not only that they are depositing the amount regularly as per the order passed by this court.
