No. 650 of 2019 dated 21st December, 2019 registered with Goregaon Police Station, the police have submitted charge-sheet on 5th April, 2023 in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate 67th Court, Borivali, Mumbai and the same has been numbered as CC No.1327/PW/2023. 2) In view thereof, the Petitioners having substantive alternate remedy at their disposal, i.e. either by way of filing discharge Application or to contest the case as contemplated under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure.
