The learned counsel appearing for the parties before me tendered consent terms dated 13th July 2017. The consent terms record that the Respondents' partners admit and record they have surrendered the tenancy rights alongwith vacant possession of the premises involved in the Civil Revision Application. The Applicants admit receiving the possession and the parties confirm and declare that there is no claim of any nature whatsoever against each other in VRD 1/2

CAC362.16 respect of the premises in question. These consent terms have been signed by the Applicants as well as by the Respondent - firm through both its partners. The consent terms dated 13th July 2017 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Civil Revision Application is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. 2.

In view of disposal of the Civil Revision Application, nothing survives in the Civil Application and the same is disposed of accordingly.
