This Civil Application has been taken up for fixing an early date of hearing of a Petition which has already been admitted. On 12th October, 2017, an oral application was made to this Court seeking a fixing of an early date of hearing. By an order dated Jitendra Shankar Nijasure Jitendra Shankar Nijasure Date: 2018.10.06 13:46:20 +0530 12th October, 2017, this Court refused to fix a date considering the huge pendency of old tax matters it observed that priority cannot be given to the matter of 2017.

In the above view we are not fixing any date for hearing of the present Petition. However, this Petition to be put on the list of expedited matters.
