Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to approach the Trial Court for modification of the order of grant of maintenance dated 29rd March, 2019. 2.

Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate Application before the Trial Court seeking modification of the order dated 29th March, 2019 on account of change of circumstances.
