In the Crime No.343 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 498A r/w. 34 of the I.P.C., the applicant husband married with daughter of the complainant, Reema in April 2016. Reema committed suicide sometime in August 2016 i.e. within four months from the date of marriage.

Having regard to the averments in the F.I.R., provisions of Section 113A of Evidence Act no case for bail is made out. As such Application is rejected.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that ad-interim protection be continued for a period of four weeks which is objected by the learned A.P.P., however, in the interest of justice, same is continued for a period of three weeks.
