Mr. Rohit Prabhakar Bidwe, learned Advocate after arguing the matter for some time seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application as the Court is not inclined to grant bail. However, he states that the trial be expedited. 2.

Ms. Shinde, learned A.P.P. after taking instructions states that the State Government will take steps to conclude the trial expeditiously within a period of eight months.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such. However, liberty is granted to the learned Counsel for the Applicant to file fresh Bail Application after a period of eight months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
