Both the counsels, on instructions, state that the Petitions for divorce and restitution of conjugal rights filed by the parties against each others pending before the Court of Learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Taluka - Baramati, District - Pune, have been withdrawn. 2.

The parties have filed a Petition for divorce by mutual consent bearing HMP No. 397 of 2023 before the Competent Court. 3.

In view of forgoing, nothing survives in the matter and the Petitioner wishes to withdraw the Petition.

The Petition is thus disposed as withdrawn.
