The Applicants have approached this Court being aggrieved by the order of the Sessions Judge Pune, rejecting the prayer for interim bail.

The learned counsel for the Applicants has stated that the Application for Anticipatory Bail No.3560 of 2015 is fixed for final hearing on 24th November 2015. In the light of the above

901 aba 1665-15.doc statement, in my considered view the interest of the Applicants needs to be protected till the disposal of the application on merits. Hence the application is granted. In the event of arrest the Applicants shall be released on furnishing bonds of `15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Pune. This interim order shall remain in force till 30th November 2015. The learned Sessions Judge Pune, is directed to dispose of the application for Anticipatory bail on or before 30th November 2015.
