DATED : 24 FEBRUARY 2023 P.C. :- This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for anticipatory bail. 2.

The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No. 132 of 2021 registered at Mumbai Naka Police Station, Nashik for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 342, 394, 323, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 r/w 25 of Arms Act and Sections 23, 25 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000. 3.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The bail is sought on the ground of parity. In support of the said MJ Jadhav 1 / 2

9-ABA-3109-21.odt ground, the learned counsel for the applicant has placed on record a copy of the order passed by this Court dated 29 November 2021 in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1983 of 2021. By the said order, this Court has released co-accused- Abhijeetsingh Jatindrsingh Gujral on anticipatory bail.

The allegations against the present applicant and other co-accused are of preparing the forged Will of the complainant's deceased husband. 6.

I have perused the First Information Report,. The main allegations are against the co-accused Abhijeetsingh Gujral to whom this Court has granted anticipatory bail. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicant on anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order is passed:

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest of applicant- Suvarna Anant Sangle in Crime No. 132 of 2021 registered at Mumbai Naka Police Station, Nashik for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 342, 394, 323, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 r/w 25 of Arms Act and Sections 23, 25 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000, she shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. (iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall co-operate in the investigation. ( N.R. BORKAR, J. ) MJ Jadhav 2 / 2
