Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Prayer is for stay of execution and operation of the impugned decree. As far as the decree of divorce is concerned, ad-interim stay has been already granted. However, the decree of perpetual injunction which restrains the applicant from entering the house of the parents of the respondent cannot be stayed.

Accordingly, we dispose of the application by passing the following order:

cam417 (I) The execution and operation of the decree of divorce in terms of clause

(2) of the operative part of the impugned decree shall remain stayed till the final disposal of the appeal.
