By placing reliance upon the judgment dated 11/4/2014 in Writ Petition No.754/2014 and other connected matters, grievance is highhanded practice of deploying police constable in evening hours in uniform within the establishment of members of Petitioner's Association is nothing but gross abuse of power. It is further submitted that similarly a constable is deployed outside the establishment. In Writ Petition No.5123/2019 added grievance made is insistance on providing live CC TV Footage in police station. Learned counsel submits that there is no such requirement in law and similar insistance elsewhere were set aside by Hon'ble Apex Court.

Learned APP has submitted that no specific cause of action is made out in any petition and grievance made is of general nature. No individual report has been made giving necessary details. Submission is in the light of law declared by this Court attempt is to obtain blanket order which may encourage illegal activities.

Petitioners can approach this Court if there is any cause of action. Petitioners have not pointed out any specific incident so as to enable us to apply our mind. Petitioners have also not given details of respondent' s highhandedness or arbitrariness.

We therefore keep all contentions of the parties open. Petitioners are granted leave to make individual representations pointing out alleged highhandedness or arbitrariness. If such representations are made within a period of two weeks from today, the Authority shall provide
3/3 opportunity to the petitioners to peruse records and thereafter pass suitable order in accordance with law within next 4 weeks 5.
We also grant leave to approach again if any fresh cause of action arises.
