The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in fact is entitled to receive an amount of Rs. 3 lakhs. According to the learned advocate for respondent no. 1, an amount of Rs. 2,45,42,683/- is received from the Official Liquidator and the petitioner is paid an amount of Rs. 92,793/-. The respondent no. 1 had made a claim of Rs. 4,90,85,367/- in toto, but received an amount of Rs. 2,45,42,683. 2.

The petitioner has already laid the claim with the Official Liquidator. As and when the amount is received, the same is distributed accordingly on pro-rata basis. In case further amount is received, the petitioner may receive the claim. 3.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
