This is an application for condonation of delay in filing Criminal Revision Application (Stamp) No.586 of 2017. The applicant has been convicted for offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The appeal filed by the applicant has been dismissed and hence the applicant has approached this Court by way of revision application. There is delay of four days in filing the revision application. Considering the fact that the delay is only of four days, the same is required to be condoned. 2.

Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.551 of 2017 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a);

(ii) Criminal Application No.551 of 2017 is disposed off. 3.

List Criminal Revision Application (Stamp) No.586 of 2017 for admission on 22nd January 2017.
