After hearing for sometime, we are of the view that the purpose of this petition shall be served if appropriate liberty is granted to the Petitioners. Accordingly, we grant liberty to the Petitioners to approach the concerned police station and file a specific complaint disclosing commission of cognizable offence, and if such complaint is filed with the concerned police station, that police station shall take action in accordance with law.
