This Civil Application seeks condonation of delay of 80 days in filing present First Appeal. The Civil Application has been duly served on Respondent Nos. 1 and 4 to 6. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are minors, who are represented by Respondent No.1. Despite service, none of the Respondents appears before the Court. There is no reply to the Civil Application.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Office shall now number the First Appeal, subject to removal of other office objections, if any. First Appeal to come on board, for admission on 6 June 2017.
