The proxy counsel appearing for the learned counsel Mr.Vagal, who represents the Applicant, states that in furtherance of the order passed by this Court, charge has been framed.

Since the charge is now framed, it is expected that the trial court shall proceed with the Sessions Case expeditiously. If the trial is not concluded within a period of one year from today, the Applicant is at liberty to approach this Court, seeking his release on bail on the ground of long incarceration, dependent upon the progress of the trial.
