The above Civil Application has been filed for effecting substituted service of the above Civil Revision Application St No.27600 of 2015 and Civil Application No.655 of 2015 upon the Respondent by taking recourse to Order V Rule 20 of the Civil Procedure Code by publishing a notice in two local news papers having circulation in Mumbai. The reasons therefor are mentioned in the above Civil Application. Hence accepting the said reasons, the above Civil Application is allowed, resultantly the Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent by publishing notice in two local news papers being Free Press Journal (in English) and Nav Bharat Times (in Hindi). Notice to indicate that the same is made returnable on 27-4-2017. After the paper publication, the Applicant to file affidavit of service annexing the paper publication to the said affidavit.
