Mr.Joshi seeks permission to withdraw this Petition on the ground that dispute between the parties is amicably settled and the consent terms are filed in the trial Court. In view of interim order passed by this Court, the trial Court is not in a position to proceed with the Suit. Mr.Talkute has no objection.
