When the above Writ Petition is called out, the Petitioner and Respondent No.7 have informed the Court that the inter se disputes between them have been settled as recorded in the Consent Terms dated 6th March, 2024. The Consent Terms inter alia provide that, on the same being taken on record, the above Writ Petition shall stand withdrawn. Digitally signed by ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI Date:
2024.03.08 13:37:53 +0530 The Consent Terms have been signed by the Petitioner in Marathi. The ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI Consent Terms have been explained and interpreted to the Petitioner in
Marathi and only after that he has signed the Consent Terms. We ourselves have enquired with the Petitioner whether the aforesaid Consent Terms have been explained and interpreted to him. He stated that he has understood the Consent Terms as well as the implications thereof.

The Consent Terms are also signed by Mr. Ashish Suryakant Samani on behalf of Respondent No.7 and who is the son of Respondent No.7 and his constituted attorney. Mr. Ashish Suryakant Samani, who is present in Court today, has stated that he has signed the Consent Terms on behalf of Respondent No.7 after reading and understanding the same as well as the implications thereof. The Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocates for the Petitioner and the Advocates for Respondent No.7.

In these circumstances, the Consent Terms dated 6th March, 2024 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The undertakings given in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings given to the Court. There shall be an order in terms of the Consent Terms.

In light of what is stated in the Consent Terms, the above
Writ Petition stands withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
