1] Having heard the learned Counsel for parties, it is revealed that in terms of the order passed by this Court on 4th April 2017 in W.P.No.2187 of 2017 and on 6th October 2017 in W.P.9809 of 2017, the Charity Commissioner is siezed of the matter. 2] In the circumstances, we direct the Charity Commissioner to consider the petitioner's grievance in the light of those orders and

YBG prod-510-as-wp-12134-17 pass an appropriate interim order, as prayed by the petitioner in prayer clause (c) of the petition.

3] The prayer for interim relief as aforesaid be considered and decided by the Charity Commissioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
