By this application, the Applicant has sought withdrawal of compensation deposited by the Appellant Insurance Company. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Application and the grounds raised in the appeal memo, which in my considered view constitute sufficient ground, the Appellant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the compensation deposited by the Appellant, subject to giving an undertaking that the amount shall be refunded along with interest, in the event, the Appellant succeeds in the appeal.
