1] The second Bail Application is preferred since I have expressed my disinclination on the earlier occasion when the application was withdrawn.

Today also on expressing my disinclination to entertain the application in the wake of material compiled in the charge-sheet, the learned counsel for Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. Permission is granted.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant may be justified in submitting that the trial has not at all progressed, as even charge is not framed, despite arrest being effected on 17.11.2020. 3] In the circumstances, the Sessions Court, Dindoshi, is requested to frame charge expeditiously and in any case not later than three months from today.
