Perused the order dated 20.12.2021. Mr. Talekar, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he shall comply with the directions contained in paragraph No.2 of the order and seeks leave to amend the Petition forthwith. Leave granted. The Petition shall be amended forthwith.

Mr. Talekar draws our attention to the Interim Application No. 4256 of 2021 seeking amendment.

Perused the Interim application. Since the Petition is at pre-admission stage, without prejudice to the rights and contention of the Respondents, the Interim Application stands allowed in terms of the Schedule annexed at page Nos. 7 to 17 of the Interim Application. 5.

Amendment be carried out within a period of two days from today. Copy of the amended Petition be served on the Respondents within two days thereafter.
