Having regard to it, it is difficult to entertain the prayer for bail at such delicate stage of trial. The learned counsel is not present for pointing out the merits in the prayer.

In the circumstances the application is disposed of with direction to the trial Court to complete the trial at the earliest and in any event by the end of July, 2015 saving just exception. 4.

In event of trial being not complete as ordered, liberty to the applicant to apply for bail.
