Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Following order is passed, by consent :- (a) The impugned Judgment and Order dated 21 st June, 2016 passed by the Member, Industrial Court, Maharashtra, Mumbai in Revision Application (ULP) No.78 of 2014 in Complaint (ULP) No. 235 of 2001 is set aside. (b) The Member, Industrial Court, Maharashtra, Mumbai shall hear the Revision Application (ULP) No.78 of 2014 in Complaint (ULP) No. 235 of 2001 afresh and dispose off the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of this order.

(c) The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the President/Member, Industrial Court, Maharashtra, Mumbai on 22 nd November, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary directions in the matter.
