ARBITRATION PETITION NO. 58 OF 2016 The counsel for petitioners states that no reply has been served. However, the records and proceedings has the affidavit in reply of respondent no.2 filed through Advocate Rajesh Mudholkar. Mr.Mudholkar also is not present in Court today.

25.ARP.58.2016.doc The matter, therefore, cannot go on. Registry to provide a photocopy of the reply to the advocate for petitioner. Mr.Suryawanshi states he will apply for a photocopy today itself and also pay the necessary photocopying charges.

ARBITRATION APPEAL NO. 4 OF 2017 None for appellants. On the last date, i.e., 27th September 2017, also none appeared for appellants.
