The petitioner has sought direction to respondent No.1 to hold inquiry into his complaint dated 21st February, 2014 and register offence against respondent No.2. Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP, having taken instructions from the officer concerned - S. H. Chavan, API, MHB Police Station, Mumbai, who is present before the Court, makes a statement that the inquiry into the petitioner's complaint is in progress. She also makes a statement that the inquiry would be concluded with a period of one week from today and the outcome of the same would be communicated to the petitioner. The statements are accepted. 2.
