DATED : 22nd FEBRUARY, 2022 P.C:- The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) as under :- (a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the appointment of employee on permanent basis.

(b) That the respondents may be directed to decide their representations expeditiously.

(c) That this Hon'ble High Court may kindly fix the peremptory date of hearing of the present Writ Petition No.3249/2005.

2/2 9 IA 874-22.doc The petition has been admitted in 2005. A service dispute is involved. An expeditious hearing is necessary. The learned Advocate for respondent no.2 submits that the petition itself could be decided finally as the applicant herein is the successful appellant in the Appeal. The learned Advocate for the applicant Management submits that the appellant would be attaining the age of superannuation in May 2022.

In view of the above, this Application is disposed off with the following directions :- (a) Respondent no.2 shall decide the pending representation of the Management dated 22/3/2021 as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 15/3/2022, on it's own merits.

(b) Copy of the order shall be served upon the Management as well as the employee within five days of the passing of the order.

(c) List the Writ Petition for final hearing on 31/3/2022 at 2.30 p.m.
