The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioners from unaided to aided is pending with the Education Officer since 2020. 2.

Mr. K. S. Thorat, learned AGP accepts service of notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

In case the proposal of the petitioners seeking approval to the transfer from unaided to aided is pending with the Education Officer (page 87), the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within 6 months.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
