The learned APP has invited out attention to instructions given by the Additional Senior Jailor at Yerwada on 5th June 2019. Those instructions are taken on record as Exhibit - A. He has been given bail and has been accordingly released on bail on 28th August 2018. Present prayers, therefore, have become infructuous. Proceedings are accordingly disposed of.
