By this Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India, the Petitioner seeks writ of certiorari to quash and set aside Order dated 21st November 2012 by Respondent No. 4 and for further order of quashing and setting aside all action initiated in furtherance of said order.

Learned AGP tenders a copy of the Order dated 29th June 2022 passed by Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition,03, Pune in R.T.S. Appeal No. 665 of 2019 by which Petitioner's appeal against 1 /2
Yugandhara Patil 903-WP-16024-2022.doc aforesaid impugned order is dismissed. In view of the fact that Appeal filed by the Petitioner is already disposed of, Mr. Godbole, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings as permissible in law.
