On 17th August, 2015, the parties placed on record the consent terms signed by the husband, wife and father of the husband. On that day, the mother of the husband was not available for her signature and, therefore, by consent of the parties, we closed the above appeals for orders and adjourned the matters today to pass final orders.

The husband's mother is present today, she has affixed her thumb impression on the consent terms in our presence. On being questioned, she specifically stated that she has been explained the contents of the consent terms in vernacular language and she has understood the same and has no objection if the appeals are disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Similar statement was also made by husband, wife and husband's father on 17th August, 2015.

In the above circumstances, the consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings given in the said consent terms are accepted. The family court appeals are disposed of in terms of the said consent terms. 4.

Decree be drawn up accordingly.

All concerned to act upon a copy of this order duly authenticated by the Registry of this Court.
