Sathe (Retd.) nominated by the Respondent is now appointed as Arbitrator in the matter. By order dated 18 April 2017, Shri Justice V.G. Palshikar (Retd.) as nominated by the Petitioner stands appointed as Arbitrator. The two learned Arbitrators shall now appoint the third Arbitrator as Presiding Arbitrator in accordance with law at the earliest. The parties to co-operate in expeditious disposal of the arbitration proceedings.
