The learned APP on the instructions of the officer, who is present in Court states that the trial has come to fag end and only two witnesses are left to be examined; one is the carrier and the other is the investigating officer.

Considering that as the trial has come to fag end, it would not be proper to consider the applicant's application for enlargement on bail.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is disposed of for the aforesaid reasons. The learned Judge shall, however, dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. A copy of the order to be produced by Mr.Salim Yusuf Patel, Tardeo Police Station, Mumbai before the concerned Court.
