This application is filed for recalling the order dated 18.9.2018 passed by this Court dismissing the writ petition for nonprosecution. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that on 18.9.2018, the learned Counsel for the applicant could not remain present due to some personal work and it went unattended. However, he undertakes to remain present in future on all the dates.
