By consent of the parties, the following order is passed : 1] Suit No.382/99 shall be heard by the Trial Court on merits keeping all the contentions open.
2] Both the parties through their Advocates state that it is not their case that suit is barred by the law of limitation. The statement is accepted. 3] The learned Trial Court shall serve the parties and dispose off the suit within a period of six months from the date of this order. If necessary, the suit shall be heard on day-to-day basis.
4] The Court shall not grant adjournments to either party unless absolutely necessary.
