The only relief sought in this Petition is a direction to the Respondent to decide the Petitioners' application dated 2nd June 2016, Exhibit "B" to the Petition.

By this application, the Petitioners sought permission to sell and transfer certain lands and for permission to use them for nonSHEPHALI SANJAY MORMARE agricultural purposes. These lands were said to be Devasthan Inam, SHEPHALI SANJAY MORMARE Date: 2022.11.21 15:23:10 +0530 Class III lands. The Petitioners sought the necessary permission from the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nashik under Section 36 of the Mumbai Public Trusts Act. On 24th March 2021, there was a conditional order. Hence, this Writ Petition. 21st November 2022
