1] In view of communication issued by the Chief Officer of the Trambakeshwar Municipal Council annexed at Page 156 and the affidavit in reply tendered by the Municipal Council recording therein that the slum raised on the Government Land are entitled to be protected in view of policy of the State Government and as such there is no proposal for removal of occupants of the slum at present. In view of the communication referred above, the grievances raised by the petitioners in the instant petition stand redressed. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
