In view of the earlier order passed on 1.2.2021 rejecting the applicant'

s bail application passed in Criminal Bail Application No.8/2020, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application on merits of the matter. However, he submitted that the applicant is in custody since 6.7.2018 and there is no progress in the trial. He prays that the trial be expedited. The request is reasonable.

The application is allowed to be withdrawn.

However, the trial Court is requested to take up this matter Deshmane(PS)
