In view of the learned APP having stated that the trial is commenced and evidence of three witnesses has been examined and 10 more are yet to be examined and having due regard to the fact that vide order dated 14.2.2014 trial was ordered to be completed by the end of November 2014 or thereabout, the application is disposed of with direction to the trial court to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any event by 31-3-2015.
