The above Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to Respondent No.2 to pass an order u/s.14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 [for short "SARFAESI Act"]. DECEMBER 11, 2023 Aarti Palkar

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that now the order u/s.14 of the SARFAESI Act is passed and infact physical possession of the secured asset has even been handed over to the Petitioner. He, therefore, submitted that nothing survives in the above Writ Petition and sought leave to withdraw the same.

In these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
