Parties have jointly moved this Court for quashing of FIR No.390/17 dated 22/06/2017. It appears that dispute has cropped up between the husband and wife and emphasis is more on section 498-A of Indian Penal Code.

Respondent No.2 is present with her Counsel and she accepts the Consent Terms. She is studied upto 10th standard and is living with her mother presently.

Considered the Consent Terms signed by parties and their respective Counsel and accepted by them. We therefore take consent Terms on record and make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
