Feeling aggrieved by the order dated 6.1.2014 by which the respondent has refused grant in aid to the 5th and 7th standard of the petitioner's school and salary grant to its approved staff members on the ground that the petitioner's school has not fulfilled the form appropriately and not submitted the roster and as such there is no clarity about the position of backlog. 3.

According to learned counsel for the petitioners, petitioners had submitted an application with all details and as such the reason assigned in rejecting the petitioner's application is not correct. Be that as it may, we find that the application was

In the circumstances, we dispose of this petition with a liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh application with all necessary information and details before the respondent nos. 2 and 3. On receipt of the said application, respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall consider the same and shall take appropriate decision on it as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of the said application.
